I received a damaged order. What should I do?
Open the boodmo app or visit boodmo.com and follow the below procedure:
Using Website:
- Click on "Sign In"

- Enter your "email ID", then click "Continue" and set a password. Alternatively, you can also choose to Sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple account.

- Go to "My Account" and click on "My Orders"

Method 1
- Click on "Return items"

- Add the items you want to return

- Select the reason "Products and shipping boxes are damaged" and the quantity you wish to return
- Add clear photographs of the damaged part and the outer box/packaging from multiple angles to clearly depict the damage or defect within 24 hours post-delivery, you can also include the google drive link for the video

- You can add more items to the list or click on " RETURN" to confirm your Return request

- Our team will analyze the return request and will approve it within the next 24 hours
Method 2 - Select the order from which you wish to return part(s)

- Find the parts which you wish to return, click on the "Delivered Icon" and select "Prepare Return"

- After selecting the Prepare Return follow the same steps as shown in Method 1
- The refund would be generated as soon as the part is received back at our hub.
Note: Make sure to raise the damage return request within 24 hours post delivery with clear images of the part showing the damaged area and outbox/packing, to avoid the decline of the return
Using Application: - Click the menu icon (three lines) on the top left corner of the application and click Sign In

- Enter your email ID, then click continue and set a password. Alternatively, you can also choose to Sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple account.

- Go to "My Orders"

- Add items you want to return

- Select the reason "Products and shipping boxes are damaged" and the quantity of the damaged part.
- Add clear photographs of the damaged part and the outer box/packaging from multiple angles to clearly depict the damage or defect within 24 hours post-delivery, you can also include the google drive link for the video and click on "Proceed"

- You can "Add items" to the list or click on "RETURN" to confirm your return request

- Our team will analyze the return request and will approve it within the next 24 hours
Method 2 - Select the order from which you wish to return part(s)

- Find the part(s) you wish to return and click on the "Prepare Return" button

- After selecting the Prepare Return follow the same steps as shown in Method 1
- The refund would be generated as soon as the part is received back at our hub.
Note: In case the product is received damaged, the request needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery with images of the damaged area and outer box/packing. Failure to do so may result in your claim being rejected.
