Why my return request has been declined?
When selecting the return reason as "Product or shipping box is damaged", "Item is defective or non-functional", or "Incorrect part name or number" you must include clear photographs of the damaged part and the outer packaging from multiple angles to clearly depict the damage or defect within 24 hours post delivery.In case the images are incomplete our team will contact you to share the images within the next 24 hours
Below are the reasons for which return requests may be declined:
- Outer packing/box or part images are not uploaded clearly within 48 hours post delivery
- The part images uploaded contain installation makes which voids our Return policy
- Damage return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
