boodmo gives you the option to return the item purchased on boodmo within 10 days of delivery.

Most items purchased from boodmo's listed sellers are eligible for return within the specified return window unless explicitly mentioned as non-returnable. 

In case of a return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only after the item has been received back at our warehouse. Further details regarding the refund process can be found in the refund policy.

Note: boodmo recommends taking a video of the order package both when unboxing it after delivery and when repacking it before handing it over to the courier guy in case of a return.
