Why I have received a partial item/order?
Please check the current status of the missing item in your order panel on our website/app (refer: How can I check my existing order status and tracking details? for help).
- Missing item status is "Delivered"
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by creating a ticket from our website or application using the support icon. - Missing item status is "In progress"
The item has not yet been arranged yet. Please refer to the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided in your order details. - Missing item status is "Dispatched"
The item is already in transit. To get the latest updates, you can track your order using the tracking details. - Missing item status is "Canceled,"
A refund will be issued to your source account. Once initiated, the amount gets credited within 5-6 working days.
